Expanded Awareness Play for Children

Open to both boys and girls (Roughly 6-14 years old)

At the heart of all of my work is one thing: helping children trust themselves.

In my work with girls, that often begins through body awareness, emotional intelligence, and navigating the changes of growing up. But underneath all of that is something deeper, a child’s natural ability to sense, perceive, and know.

The Unfolding Senses work is a natural expansion of that. It gives children, both boys and girls, a way to explore that deeper awareness in a grounded, supported, and experiential way.

I completed a 100-hour Facilitator Training for Luminous Kids Blindfold Vision in 2026 and now support children and families through both in person private and small-group experiences.

What I’ve found is that this isn’t just about the exercises themselves. It’s about helping children build confidence, strengthen their awareness, and develop a relationship with their own perception in a way that feels grounded and safe.

The Unfolding Senses Workshops

These workshops introduce children and families to a unique way of experiencing the world through expanded perception, presence, and trust in their inner knowing.

Through guided exercises, play, and connection, children begin to access their intuitive awareness in a way that feels natural, grounded, and supported.

This work is experiential, relational, and designed to be practiced together. All other Blossom Bloom Grow offerings are for girls and mothers but my Unfolding Senses offerings are for girls & boys.

My approach is gentle, playful, and paced according to each child’s comfort level. There is never pressure for children to perform or achieve specific outcomes. I focus on creating an environment where children feel emotionally supported, curious, confident, and safe to explore at their own pace.

A Note for Parents

These are not drop-off programs.

Parents are an essential part of the process. Your presence, understanding, and participation help your child:

  • Build confidence
  • Stay connected to the practice
  • Integrate what they are learning into daily life

These offerings are best suited for families who feel aligned with being an active part of the experience.
