Both series honor girlhood as a rite of passage. They support tween and teen girls as they grow through puberty and early adolescence, weaving knowledge, creativity, and sisterhood into each gathering.
Blossom Series (ages 9–12): For girls beginning their puberty journey, covering body changes, emotions, boundaries, and friendships.
Bloom Series (ages 12–15, or after Blossom): For tween and teens in their first years of menstruating, exploring self-advocacy, resilience, and deepening body literacy. It is also for any girl who has completed a Blossom Series.
Classes are led by Sarah, founder of Blossom Bloom Grow, a menstrual educator, tween and teen mentor, and mother. She brings warmth, wisdom, and a passion for guiding girls and mothers through this tender threshold of life.
Groups are small, usually 8–15 girls, to allow for intimacy and individual attention.
Small circles ensure every girl feels safe, supported, and part of the sisterhood.
Some sessions are for girls only, while others include mothers or trusted female caregivers.
Topics may include: puberty, menstruation, communication, boundaries, friendships, emotions, intuition, and self-advocacy, boundaries, consent, belonging, goddess archetypes, body literacy.
Each theme is approached with reverence, inviting girls to explore both the biology of their changing bodies and the soul of their becoming.
Activities include discussions, crafts, movement, storytelling, and rituals. Past examples: bracelet making, candle crafting, uterus mandalas, goddess masks, herbal bath salts, be your authentic unique self fashion shows, meditations, breath work, yoga, song circles.
Every activity is chosen to help girls embody the teachings, anchoring knowledge through creativity and ceremony.
Workshops are held in the great Austin, TX area. Venues vary, such as cozy community spaces.
What is the time commitment?
Series vary but typically run between 6–10 weeks. Stand alone workshops are 3–4 hours.

This is an investment in your daughter’s confidence, body wisdom, and lifelong sense of self and it varies depending on what program or workshops you are participating in.
Registrations are non-refundable, unless the series is canceled due to low enrollment.
What should girls bring?
Girls are expected to bring a water bottle and a snack or lunch depending on the program or workshop.
Many girls arrive shy and leave with sisters, confidence, and joy.
Yes, absolutely! Private circles, ceremonies, and workshops are available upon request!
